We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. For unwanted item(s) you can, however, receive an eGift card via e-mail that you can use to make a new purchase.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any item(s) you purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return for an eGift card. We only accept items that are in it’s original condition, hang tag still attached, unworn, and free of damages by the customer. If not, we cannot issue the eGift card.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item(s), we would recommend returning the unwanted item(s) back to us and using your eGift card to place a new order.
